Please sign up by Wednesday, November 7th. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70a0d4fafac22a1f85-harvest
Fun for the whole family will include pony/train rides, petting zoo, new games, cotton candy, DJs and lots more! Prizes will be awarded at our world-famous Chili Cook-Off for "Best Chili" and for the "Best Dressed Cowboy & Cowgirl."
Come hungry from a hard week on the range and ready to chow down on homemade chili and other family specialties, along with hot dogs and drinks. Don’t worry — we won’t forget dessert!
Please bring your favorite dish (or donate a few gold nuggets* if you are not the cooking type). You can drop off non-refrigerated food with Ms. Kwitkin at the Lower School front desk no later then 4pm on Thursday, November 8th. Please bring hot/cold dishes with you to the Hoedown.
(*If you wish to make a contribution in lieu of providing a dish, please bring your donation of $20 per family and place money in an envelop with your name on it and dropped off with Ms. Kwitkin at the Lower School front desk not later than 4pm on Thursday, November 8th.)
Since we need all of the help we can get - please consider volunteering to help out at the event. It's generous volunteers who help make events like this so great!
